It was a pleasure to visit Heath School in Kesgrave, where sustainability is at the heart of their ethos. The school has earned multiple awards for reducing its carbon footprint and championing environmental initiatives, setting an excellent example for others to follow.
During my visit, I explored their innovative chicken coop and a greenhouse ingeniously made from reused water bottles. I also had the opportunity to meet their passionate eco-council, who are driving these fantastic projects forward.
A special thank you to Head Teacher Mr Whately and Councillor Debbie McCallum for giving me such an inspiring tour. Heath School’s commitment to sustainability is a credit to our community.
