On Friday, I met with the partners at Cardinal Medical Practice to discuss plans to expand their physical surgery space. It was encouraging to see their commitment to finding a swift solution to meet local needs.
Both the practice and I share residents’ disappointment over the decision to scrap the proposed super surgery. However, we remain determined to explore alternative options. My team and I will soon meet with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to push forward some practical suggestions.
Improving GP access in North Ipswich remains a top priority, and I’ll continue to keep residents updated on progress.
